Ashley is an attorney with the firm of Ryan Rapp & Underwood, PLC, practicing in the areas of criminal defense and complex commercial civil litigation. Ms. Adams specializes in white collar criminal defense cases, representing corporate and individual clients in federal and state criminal trials, investigations, regulatory, and administrative matters. She also practices in the area of civil securities fraud, health care fraud, and civil tax litigation. Ms. Adams is a former United States Assistant Attorney, a former partner of the law firm of The Phoenix Law Group, and a former partner of O'Connor Cavanagh. She received her J.D. from Arizona State University in 1991, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma with Special Distinction, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Adams is an adjunct professor at the Arizona State University College of Law, a member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee, and the recipient of the Business Journal's "Forty Under Forty" award in 2006. Ms. Adams was also selected as a Co-Chair for the American Bar Association's Southwest Region's Subcommittee on White Collar Crime in 2008. |
