Cindy Kelley is a partner at Ryan, Rapp & Underwood where she practices primarily in the areas of family law and criminal defense. Ms. Kelley is a member of the Arizona State Bar, Family Law Section and the Maricopa County Bar, Family Law Section. She is also an active member of the Arizona Women’s Lawyer Association. She has served on the committee for the National Alliance for Drug Endangered Children, which addresses the effects of methamphetamine on children and families. Ms. Kelley has misdemeanor and felony trial experience as a Deputy County Attorney with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. While at the County Attorney’s office Kelley was in Major Crimes, the Drug Enforcement Bureau, prosecuting drug sale cases. Prior to serving in the Drug Bureau, Kelley managed a full felony caseload, including aggravated assault, auto theft, burglary and DUI. Prior to joining Ryan, Rapp & Underwood, Kelley served as the Director of Alumni Relations at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. In conjunction with that position she was also the Development Director for the Arizona Justice Project.
