Mr. Kasper practices primarily in the areas of commercial, civil and real estate litigation and dispute resolution, representing businesses, individuals and nonprofits. He focuses a substantial portion of his practice in trust and estate litigation, and is also experienced in the areas of planned giving and nonprofit governance. He is admitted to practice in Arizona and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Prior to becoming a member of Ryan Rapp & Underwood, Mr. Kasper practiced law with the Phoenix law firm, Fennemore Craig, P.C. from 1991 to 1999. Mr. Kasper is a former Arizona Regional Director for the Anti-Defamation League and Vice President for Professional Services with the Arizona Community Foundation. Mr. Kasper chaired of the governing board of Planned Parenthood of Central and Northern Arizona from 2005 to 2007, and served on its board of directors from1998 to 2008. He has served on the board of directors of the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Phoenix and has served on the executive committee of the Phoenix Jewish Community Relations Council from 1996 until 2006. He is a past board member of the Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix, and was presented its Sy Clark Young Leadership Award in 1999. Mr. Kasper is a 1991 honors graduate of the University of Southern California Law School and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Oberlin College in 1985. |
