Mr. Kasper practices primarily in the areas of commercial, civil and real estate litigation and dispute resolution, representing businesses, individuals and nonprofits. He focuses a substantial portion of his practice in trust and estate litigation. He is also experienced in the areas of planned giving and nonprofit governance. He is admitted to practice in Arizona and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Mr. Kasper is a 1991 honors graduate of the University of Southern California Law School and received his bachelors degree from Oberlin College in 1985. Prior to becoming a member of Ryan Rapp & Underwood, Mr. Kasper was the Arizona Regional Director for the Anti-Defamation League (2000-2001), and Vice President for Professional Services with the Arizona Community Foundation (1999-2000). Mr. Kasper practiced law with the Phoenix law firm, Fennemore Craig, P.C. from 1991 to 1999. Mr. Kasper is chair of the governing board of Planned Parenthood of Central and Northern Arizona and has served on its board of directors since 1998. He serves on the board of directors of the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Phoenix and has served on the executive committee of the Phoenix Jewish Community Relations Council since 1996. He is a past board member of the Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix, and was presented its Sy Clark Young Leadership Award in 1999. |
