LEGAL PRACTICE EMPHASIS: Mr. Dietz's practice includes both commercial transactions and civil litigation. Mr. Dietz concentrates on general corporate issues, business development, finance, real estate and construction. Mr. Dietz also engages in litigation involving similar areas of practice in both state and federal courts, including administrative proceedings, bankruptcy and appeals. Mr. Dietz represents several financial institutions, real estate developers, restaurant and bar owners, construction companies and a variety of businesses throughout the country. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Mr. Dietz began practicing law in Hawaii in 1992, where he concentrated on business transactions and commercial, construction and international litigation. While in Hawaii, Mr. Dietz was an associate at both Wagner & Watson and Peterson & Gravelle. In 1995, Mr. began practicing law in Arizona with Jaburg & Wilk, P.C. In 1998, Mr. Dietz left private practice to work for Mortgages Ltd. and its related business entities. Mr. Dietz served as Chief Legal Officer, where he managed the legal department and was responsible for all corporate legal matters including loan documentation, banking, securities, human resources, construction, foreclosures, intellectual properties and commercial transactions. In 2001, Mr. Dietz re-entered private practice and became a partner with Ryan Rapp & Underwood, P.L.C. Mr. Dietz is also a member of the Arizona Trustee Association, Notre Dame Alumni Association and Texas Alumni Association, and is active with the Leukemia Society of America - Team in Training, Race for the Cure and Christmas in April projects. |
